The journey from raw data to a Health Care Dashboard functional dashboard involves several crucial steps in data analysis and I tried placing all together for better understanding and will be discussing below.
Define Objectives and Scope:
Started from outlining the goals and objectives of this health care project.
Scope of the dashboard is also well defined, including key metrics and user requirements.
Data Collection and Integration:
I personally gathered relevant data from ‘social media” for live examples we can collect data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, APIs, or external sources.
Ensured data quality by cleaning, filtering, and transforming the data to remove inconsistencies and errors.
Integrate different datasets to create a unified dataset for analysis.
Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA):
Performed exploratory data analysis to gain insights into the data.
Summarized the main characteristics of the data using descriptive statistics, visualizations, and data profiling techniques.
Identified patterns, trends, outliers, and correlations in the data.
Data Preprocessing and Transformation:
At this stage I prepared the data for analysis by preprocessing and transforming.
Handled missing values, outliers, and anomalies using appropriate techniques such as imputation or removal. “Not sharing the data set as I am not authorized to share.”
Model Development and Analysis:
Trained and evaluated the models using techniques such as cross-validation and performance metrics.
Selected the best-performing model(s) for generating insights or predictions.
Dashboard Design and Development:
Here what I did is totally my point of view to the data. Normally, we need to Identify the key metrics and visualizations to include in the dashboard based on user requirements.
I Designed the layout, structure, and navigation of the dashboard for optimal user experience.
Developed the dashboard using Power BI.
